This 298-hectare Dairy Farm is situated 2kms off State Highway 1 at Hukerenui, 33 mins North of Whangarei.
The current owners (sharemilker) run the Farm as a spring calving dairying operation milking around 305 cows in the current season, on a once-a-day system.
A 28 ASHB shed is located towards the front of the Farm, situated below the main homestead and adjacent to the main farm infrastructure.

The three-year average production is just over 98,332kg milk solids per year (it has to be noted 2 of the years were very dry seasons, one season being a major drought event)
The dairy platform is approximately 150ha and made up of 52 paddocks, approximately 10 hectares of which is river flats suitable for cropping, the balance of the dairy platform is rolling to medium hill country, several paddocks in this portion would also be suitable for cropping.
Quality and abundant water is available from a spring fed stream on the dairy platform. The middle portion of the Farm is utilised to graze the Farms young stock (replacements). The rear of the Farm being approximately 60 hectares is accessed by two races through the dairy platform.
Road access to the rear of the Farm is off Tapuhi Road, the back of the Farm is mostly medium hills with about 6-7 hectares of river flats that could be cropped. Significant investment and infrastructure include a large area of covered Pens and concreted wintering area currently used for calf rearing.

Dairy Farm – 167ha Approx - 21 Haile Road,
This block includes all the dairy infrastructure, the farm is mostly rolling medium hills with about 6-7 ha of flat country directly off Haile Road, The Farm is well serviced with 3 races and an on farm quarry provides excellent race material, amble and quality water is gravity fed to the cowshed and pumped to holding tanks and gravity fed to troughs, the homestead is a 4 bedroom home over looking the front of the farm plus workers accommodation.

Support Farm - 130ha Approx. - Off Tapuhi Road,
Very picturesque block with access off Tapuhi Road, 6-7 ha of flat country at the front of the farm, the balance of the land rises up to a plateau.
Currently there is about 10-15 ha of pines which will be harvested over the summer, the balance of the land is rolling county with scattered stands of mature native bush.
The home is situated above the flat at the front of the farm, the dwelling is 3 bedrooms’ in below average conditions.
